Why not to use check!

I was in the check out line at Wal-Mart not long ago and a lady held up the entire line trying to purchase 1 thing for well over 5 minutes. She tried a credit card and was denied. Then she had to pull out her check book. Everyone sighed!! The checker asked her for her phone number, she paused, slowly glanced my direction ever so subtly (I was next in line) then proceeded to ask the checker for a piece of paper to write her number on; evidently so I wouldn't hear it. Give me a break, after all that time? I jokingly told her, "I promise I won't call you." She hid behind her smile and refrained from looking back my direction. I don't know what was funnier, the fact that she didn't laugh or smile back at my comment or seeing her hurriedly walk away with her purchase tucked under her arm as if she were smugling drugs out of the store in a mad dash for the door. At least the checker and I thought it was funny!!

Beautiful Family

We are so far behind on our blogging though we couldn't wait to simply share a few photos from one of our recent photo sessions. William Seth was born Saturday, October 17th and weighed 7 lbs 11 ounces. We shot proud parents, Rachel and Max's wedding back on 7-7-07. They are not only our past, present & future clients but they are also very good friends of ours. We couldn't be happier for them both. What a beautiful family. We love you guys and we can't wait for all the play dates and photo sessions in our future.

Momo went on to be with the Lord

Early this morning our dear grandmother, "Momo," went on to be with the Lord. It had been a very long past month for my family as we saw her get worse. She lived a very long life and died today at the age of 92. Her memorial and funeral services will be this Thursday and Friday in Weimer, TX. A very special memorial photo/video montage will be produced by none-other than myself this week in preparation for the services. We will miss you Momo. We are so happy you are now in a better place, in Heaven celebrating and praising God with Popo, Uncle Mike and the entire family that has gone on before us. I can't wait til the day that I do will be worshiping along with you all. We love you Momo!!!!
