Beautiful Family

We are so far behind on our blogging though we couldn't wait to simply share a few photos from one of our recent photo sessions. William Seth was born Saturday, October 17th and weighed 7 lbs 11 ounces. We shot proud parents, Rachel and Max's wedding back on 7-7-07. They are not only our past, present & future clients but they are also very good friends of ours. We couldn't be happier for them both. What a beautiful family. We love you guys and we can't wait for all the play dates and photo sessions in our future.

Momo went on to be with the Lord

Early this morning our dear grandmother, "Momo," went on to be with the Lord. It had been a very long past month for my family as we saw her get worse. She lived a very long life and died today at the age of 92. Her memorial and funeral services will be this Thursday and Friday in Weimer, TX. A very special memorial photo/video montage will be produced by none-other than myself this week in preparation for the services. We will miss you Momo. We are so happy you are now in a better place, in Heaven celebrating and praising God with Popo, Uncle Mike and the entire family that has gone on before us. I can't wait til the day that I do will be worshiping along with you all. We love you Momo!!!!

4 Years Ago This Evening...

my life changed and would never be the same. I went from a guy that said I didn't "need a girlfriend, I can be single forever if I need to be," to a guy that fell in love. Four years ago today, after having met nearly one year prior to that, Bridget and I became boyfriend and girlfriend.

We'd spent the better part of the past month and a half hanging out. I'd asked her around the beginning of July if she wanted to be my roomate. At the time I was about to start renting my parent's huge two story house and I needed some help paying for the rent. I offered her the entire upstairs. Little did I know that she would indeed become my roomate, only she wouldn't be taking over the upstairs but instead would share the downstairs with me.

Our lives have changed drasticly since then. We now have been married for almost two and a half years and we have a three week old. It's nice to be able to look back at "what was" with fond memories. One day in the future we'll look back at this time in our lives and have the very same thoughts. I learned at a very early age, cherish every moment, life happens in the blink of an eye. The past five years seem like a blur to us now.

Blogging from a mobile device, like the iPhone has been a challenge until now. There is a wealth of mobile programs that give us all the ability to write and post photos for all to see.
